I’ve been avoiding the blog. I’ve been avoiding personal posts on Twitter and Facebook. I’ve been avoiding seeing people. Remember that really successful diet I went on? Well, I’ve put all of the weight back on again. I am back at square one. And I HATE myself for it. I don’t know what [...]   I like that word. Good word. I think I have it. Bouncebackability, that is. Maybe it’s the drugs, maybe it’s the fact that the training course I have been dreading is now OVER. Or maybe it’s the reappearance of the sun, the daffodils and being able to keep the window open all night. Whatever [...] Well, I’ve started a diet again! I’m going back to a diet rather than just healthy eating, as I need to reeducate my body on what a normal portion size is. And I need to rediscover just how great natural food tastes. Fruit, nuts and vegetables all have their tastiness reduced by eating refined [...] I am actually at work right now, too tired to be of much use in the office. It’s twenty to six (I finish at 6pm) and I DO have work to do, but I’m just not inspired today. I *could* do the work, but it wouldn’t be done well enough, so I just haven’t [...] It has been so long since I posted here. I generally prefer to use Twitter and Facebook now. But I don’t really want to get rid of the blog for some reason.. I was thinking that I could maybe use this place as somewhere to post some of my photographs, or even just random [...] Well, Happy New Year folks! On New Years Day, Mrs Pillows and I had our own mini Christmas and opened presents, watched Christmas films and just spent the whole day together. Uninterrupted! It was fabulous! I got tickets to see the X FACTOR LIVE next month!! Whoopee!! After New Years Day I started looking [...] Well, Christmas went by with no apparent incident. The best bit was playing Rapidough with the whole family joining in – boys versus girls. The boys won one game and the girls won another. Even stevens We also had some games of Buzz on the playstation which got quite competitive! We all ate lots, [...] Well, I drove back up north for Christmas today. The journey was EPIC. I hit traffic just outside of Slough, then on the M40, then on the M25 and then on the M1. I hit standstill traffic, sleet, snow, rain and then my wipers and screen wash things froze up! The journey took 2 [...] I got my hair done yesterday. I really like the cut, and the hairdresser shaved a really nice design into my hair. And it’s.. yellow. Not blonde, not platinum. Not white. It’s YELLOW. I’m pretending that I MEANT for it to be that colour. It’s kinda gold with platinum tips. I suppose it’s kinda [...] Long time no update – again! The internet connection at home is SO slow, I don’t really bother going online at all from my computer. This means that I generally access the net from my mobile phone. It’s hard to blog on a mobile phone, so I end up not bothering for AGES. Thus [...] |
